Men's Club Matchplay Competitions

This is a friendly reminder regarding our Club Matchplay competitions. Please take note of the following guidelines:

Completion Deadline: All Matchplay competitions must be completed by the specified deadline date. If no winner’s name(s) has been added to the draw board by the end of the deadline, both competitors will be disqualified.

Early Arrangements: To avoid disappointment, we encourage you to arrange your matches as early as possible. Remember that both players (or teams) share equal responsibility for organizing the matches.

Offering Dates: Each competitor should offer their opponent(s) at least two dates to play a match. This ensures flexibility and fairness in scheduling.

Unforeseen Circumstances: If, for any reason, a match cannot be organized, competitors have two options:

* They can forfeit the match.

* The winner can be decided by a draw (toss of the coin).

Posting Results: The winner of each match is responsible for posting the result.

Extensions: Extensions to the closing date for any round will only be allowed in exceptional circumstances.

Men’s Foursomes Matchplay Round 1 Deadline: Monday 26th May

Men’s Fourball Matchplay Round 1 Deadline: Monday 9th June

Killy cup Round 1 Deadline: Monday 9th June

Reminder that the closing date for entries to Men's Club Championship and Mixed Foursomes Matchplay competitions is Monday 9th June @ 7pm and the draws will be held immediately after closing.

If you are looking for a teammate to play in the mixed foursomes Matchplay competition please add your name and phone number to the waiting list located on the notice board in the hallway behind the bar.

Entry fee is €5 per person.
