Festival of Golf - 29th & 30th August
Our two-day Festival of Golf offers a fantastic opportunity for all to come together and support our club. This special event is open to members, relatives, friends, golfers, non-golfers, and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all.
All funds raised during the festival will contribute directly to key projects aimed at enhancing and improving our club.
This will be a 4 person team Scramble Competition. The cost is €50 per person which includes a burger and a beverage at the 10th hole.
There will be fantastic prizes and a superb raffle on the day, live music in the bar over both days, marquee with outside bar, activities for kids including face painting and colouring competition, spot prizes and a superb raffle!
Our volunteers have been very successful arranging sponsorship for amazing prizes for both the competition and the raffle.
Sponsorship for tee complex and green signage is filling up. If any member would like to sponsor a tee box or a green, please contact the office.
Timesheets for both days will be displayed in the bar and we would invite members to sign up and choose suitable times for you and your guests over the next week before we open the timesheets to the public and non-members.
Junior members with a maximum handicap of 20 are welcome to participate with an adult.
Your participation, whether by playing, supporting, or simply enjoying the festivities, will be instrumental in making this initiative a success and we hope to see many members and visitors there to showcase our club and raise as much money as possible.
